The 12 Lifts Of Christmas! Kettlebell Complex Challenge

What is a Kettlebell Complex? Kettlebell complexes are compound movements that require multiple muscle groups to move multiple joints through a range of motion simultaneously.

Benefits:

-Complexes offer massive benefits in a time efficient training session.

-Improve coordination

-Increase lean muscle mass

-Decrease body fat

The first complex on the challenge will be suitable for all levels. I teach this to all my beginner students.

It will only require a single bell.

Challenge 1

Men 24kg-32kg

Women 12kg-16kg

HPC 5

Goblet Squat 5

2 hand swing 10

2 hand press 5

x5 rounds 1 min rest in between rounds.
