6 Principles To Help Keep You On Track!
I wanted to share the 6 principles I use with my students to keep them on track with their goals. 1. Consistently training without missing any workouts 2. Keeping a food journal of some sort (My Fitness Pal) works great 3. Making different food choices that will support their goals 4. Sleeping more ( ideally 8 hours) to improve recovery. 5. Take time to focus on flexibility and mobility. 6. Be patient and realize that the ultimate version of ourselves is going to take time to achieve, there are no shortcuts for being strong and healthy.
